Facing south, the apartment embraces natural green courtyards, with the living room opening to a verdant terrace. Bedrooms offer personal retreats with nature views. Passive strategies such as large windows and southern courtyards enhance daylight and ventilation. Local timber is favored to minimize environmental impact.
